Accomplishments

            Total of 1099 employees trained on basic computer applications.

1. Between Winter 1998 and Spring 1999, 442 participants completed special skills courses by request.

2. Since then, 375+ participants have completed these courses.

3. Established and maintained the SSU web server from March of 1996 - November 2004

4. Provided the University Webmaster service from March of 1996 - November 2004

5. Howard University's annual HBCU web site compaction
   a.  SSU tied for 6th place overall (2003)
   b.  SSU rated number 4th among graduate schools (2003)

6. Serves as CTLAS computer security POC

7. Blackboard Vista system administration since October 1997

8. Blackboard Vista in the University System of Georgia
   a.  SSU second school to convert

   d.  SSU first CORE course on line

9. Danny Martin, Instructional Designer/Blackboard Vista Administrator, received the Blackboard Vista Digital Content Award on behalf of the University for 2003, 2004, and 2005.
