REGENTS' PREPARATION COURSES

Regents' Writing Preparation (RGTE 0199)

RGTE 0199 provides intensive practice in the development of writing skills and is offered each semester. It is required for students who have not passed the writing section of the Regents’ Testing Program by the time they earn 45 semester hours. Passing this course is contingent upon passing the writing portion of the Regents' Test.   Institutional credit only. (3-0-3) Click here for syllabus.

Regents' Reading Preparation (RGTE 0198 )

This course provides intensive practice in the development of reading skills. RGTE 0198 is offered each semester and is required for students who have not passed the reading section of the Regents’ Testing Program by the time they earn 45 semester hours. Passing this course contingent upon passing the reading section of the Regents' Test.  Institutional credit only. (3-0-3)
